Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of anvilds.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Anvil Defense Systems LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Anvil," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you, and any organization on whose behalf you act, agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision is posted means you accept the revised terms. Check this page from time to time.

2. Access and permitted use

Subject to these terms, you may view the Site and its content for your own informational purposes and for evaluating whether to do business with Anvil. You may not copy, republish, scrape, frame, or redistribute the Site or its content except as these terms allow, and you may not use the Site in any way that interferes with its operation, probes or tests its security, bypasses access controls, or sends automated or bulk requests to it.

By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that, if you act for an organization, you have authority to bind it.

3. The Site is informational

The Site describes Anvil and its lines of business. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a quotation, a commitment to supply, or a statement of availability, lead time, price, or specification. Any supply of parts, propellers, or services is governed only by a written agreement signed by Anvil, and nothing on the Site forms part of such an agreement unless that agreement says so.

Statements on the Site about materials, locations, documentation, or capabilities describe our business in general terms and are not representations about any particular part or program.

4. Information you send us

The Site includes a form for telling us what your program is sourcing. Use it only on behalf of a company or program. By submitting it, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are permitted to share it.

Do not submit drawings, models, specifications, or other technical data through the Site. We send a non-disclosure agreement before any technical exchange. Until a written non-disclosure agreement is in place, anything you send through the Site is received on a non-confidential basis, except as applicable law requires otherwise. Do not submit classified information or export-controlled technical data through the Site under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, layout, graphics, the Anvil name and anvil mark, and the names Anvil Defense Systems, Anvil Propulsion, and Anvil Components, are owned by Anvil or its licensors and are protected by United States and international law. These terms do not grant you any license to use our names, marks, or content beyond viewing the Site, and no license is granted by implication.

6. Third-party sites

The Site links to other websites, including anvilpropulsion.com, which has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not operate, and a link does not mean we endorse it.

7. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE MAY CHANGE, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE ANY PART OF THE SITE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANVIL AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anvil and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site in violation of these terms or of applicable law.

10. Export compliance

The Site is operated from the United States. You agree to comply with all applicable United States export control and sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Site, and you represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, and that you are not a person with whom United States persons are prohibited from dealing.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including for any use we believe violates these terms. Sections 5 and 7 through 14 survive any termination.

13. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Anvil about the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these terms creates rights in any third party.
